Urmila has been nannying for us since my baby was 6 months old (he's 16 months now) and we absolutely love her! As a first time mom, I was super anxious about hiring a nanny to watch my precious baby, but Urmila has turned out to be such a gem. Seeing the way she interacts with my baby really put me at ease, as it was obvious that she not only had a lot of experience with babies, but was also super loving and patient! Urmila also talks a lot to my baby and is really excellent at calming him down when he needs help regulating. She has just been a such huge help throughout all of our baby's development, and her knowledge and experience really shows. For example, when we first started solids, she informed us that it's important to avoid/reduce skin contact with allergen foods (which I didn't even know was important!). Urmila is also super reliable, shows up on time, and doesn't use her phone while taking care of our baby (unless it's to take pics/videos to send to us). I feel SO lucky that we have Urmila as our nanny, and I would strongly recommend her to any family!!
