About Ugen

Hello there, My name is Ugen. I am from Tibet. I came to the United States in 2010. I graduated from Cal State University East Bay and B. S in Kinesiology . I am affectionate, friendly, helpful , hardworking and humorous person. I grew up taking care of my grandparents while my parents had to travel for work. when I came to America , I helped take care of my little cousins while my uncle and his wife had to work long hours. While attending community college, I took care of an elderly man for 3 years who was a stroke patient . I have about a year of experience taking care of an elderly man who had hip surgery. I also took care of Wavy Gravy who is an American entertainer and peace activist and his wife Bonnie Beecher . I helped him with daily walking, exercises and meal preparation since he was recovering from illness. I am knowledgeable about exercise & nutrition I love cooking, exercising, hiking, nature, eating healthy, learning new things, and spending time with my family and frien
