About Tyshay

I have worked in child care for about seven. For the last four years, I have worked with infants, specializing in sleep training and creating routines. I am known for building strong bonds with families and their children. I am comfortable with caring for dogs as long as they are friendly. I am CPR Certified, and as a child caregiver, I have been background checked very recently. I have no criminal history, not even a speeding ticket. I am currently wrapping up my bachelor's degree in psychology and will be moving on to my master's degree, as I want to specialize in play therapy. I understand how important the early stages of early childhood are in providing a foundation for who a child will become as an adult. If hired I will sit with the parents and collaboratively come up with a set of educational goals for the child(ren) to create a lesson plan and activities that will best support them.
