If you have the opportunity to hire Tylie, DO IT!! She was our nanny for a year and quickly became part of the family. My son absolutely loved her and warmed up to her so fast. She's everything you'd want in a nanny/ babysitter. She's loving, nurturing, patient and has the most bubbly & fun personality. She is great at communicating and keeping you updated with everything that you may have missed while you were gone. I can't say enough good things about her. It's always hard leaving your babies, but knowing they're in her hands was such a comforting feeling. We would definitely re-hire her in a HEARTBEAT.
