We began working with Ty during the winter of 2022, when my son was 8 months old. Ty stood out to us immediately in terms of her professionalism, experience, intellectual gifts, dynamic and positive energy, big heart, and passion for children and her interests outside work. I was looking for someone I wanted my son to be genuinely influenced by - Ty was the first candidate I met who felt this way about. Throughout our time together, Ty also treated my son respectfully, calmly, gently and lovingly. Overall, Ty is a seasoned and competent nanny with a nurturing and patient spirit. She proactively fostered friendships for him with neighborhood families, and has contributed to our household helping so to chores. Ty had been a positive presence for our family overall, and will very much be missed. We are letting Ty go because I am stepping away from my career and transitioning to becoming a full time parent.
