I discovered my love for childcare through previous babysitting roles and decided to pursue it as a career to positively impact children's lives and support families. I am also creative and imaginative, always finding new ways to engage children in fun and educational activities. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to build strong relationships with children and their families. When it comes to communication, I believe in transparent and open dialogue with parents. I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow their preferred communication method to ensure they're always informed about their child's day. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to maintain a safe and structured environment for the children in my care.
