Hi. I am Twila and I am a loving, caring and kind person who enjoys working with all people, especially individuals who have special needs. I am a retired certified Special Education Teacher, School Counselor, School Administrator 1 & 2 and a Pupil Personnel Worker (PPW) for the state of Maryland.
