Hifo is a friendly caregiver who immediately knew what to do to take care of my elderly father who returned from a hospital/rehab stay of 2.5 months due to a fall. She ensured he took all his medicines. My father needed a lot of help with transfers and hygiene, and she handled these really well with care, kindness and diligence. Very importantly, she is a good communicator, texting family who are not in the house to ensure my father got the best care. Sadly my dad was re-hospitalized and we didn't need her. So I hope with this review, you'll hire her. Though I also plan to re-hire her once my dad is out of the hospital. Note: She was also able and willing at the last minute to stay overnight when we had a different emergency.
