About Tsianna

As a compassionate caregiver with three years of experience, I am dedicated to fostering a safe and enriching environment for children. My passion for childcare stems from my positive experiences in previous childcare roles and my current position as a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee at an elementary school. My calm and patient demeanor allows me to connect with children on a personal level, while my friendly and approachable nature puts them at ease. I believe in open communication with parents and can provide regular updates about their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, whichever they prefer. I am comfortable enforcing household rules while taking cues from the parents' preferred approach. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children in outdoor play, art activities, board games, and puzzles. With a nearly completed Master's in Counseling Psych and training in First Aid and CPR, I am well-equipped to handle many situations.
