Tshering was the most dependable and caring caregiver for my mother's last year, including 9 months with hospice. She was very consistent and extended herself when emergencies arose. She helped counsel with hospice nurses and attendants and has taken courses and received certificates for her attendant training. Her presence helped my mother be 103.
