I have 10+ years of experience. I can help with Personal Care and Bathing/Dressing. Part of these years were spent working with senior with physical and special need in an Adaptive PE fitness program at College of Marin. I am good in motivating and encouraging senior to do fitness, reading or art, sometimes dancing for fun. Also, listening to music. I am flexible and very good at reading mood swings and temperaments. I enjoy using my skills and talents to help others whatever their life situation might be. I have a Religious Spiritual Exemption and I have never had COVID. Nor any Flu since March 2020.
