I'd describe my personality as determined, organized and motivated I like caring for people with special needs because I enjoy care giving for people with special needs because it allows me to make a positive impact in their lives and help them live their best life. I'm looking for a job that allows me to utilize my skills and experience in a meaningful way, where I can make a positive impact and contribute to the success of the organization. I started caring for people with special needs when I was in college and volunteered at a local group home for individuals with disabilities. I found it to be a rewarding and fulfilling experience, and it sparked my passion for working with this population.
