I read Trisha's first bad review but went ahead and talked with her to set up an interview to meet with my family. An hour before we were to meet, she called and cancelled. She said to call again to reschedule. We tried to do that, but she didn't answer a text or return a phone call. Like her first reviewer said "disappointing".
