As a childcare provider with four years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing and supporting children's growth and development. My previous babysitting roles allowed me to discover my knack for childcare and inspired me to pursue a career in making a positive impact on children's lives. I describe myself as creative, friendly, and formal, and I prioritize open communication with parents. Whether it's through written daily reports, regular text updates, or phone calls, I ensure parents are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in following the parents' lead and respecting their parenting style. My approach to play is diverse, ranging from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, and I also enjoy incorporating educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for two children at a time and have experience caring for various age groups, from infants to preteens.
