Hi! My childcare experience began with a few younger brothers (oldest sibling should be a resumé bullet point) and it's the field I've dedicated many professional years to now! Special Education is my niche and guides how I work. Some of my most memorable experiences have been private nannying (: I am a STRONG advocate for positive reinforcement, it is the only process I use for teaching skills and helping to diminish unwanted behavior. I am very happy watching children play and learn about their environment using their own senses, I act as a guide for showing them all the cool stuff there is to see in their home, at school, or out in nature! I would love a professional yet comfortable environment in my next adventure. I'm reliable and very communicative, I love to send pictures throughout the day and like the idea of having regular check-ins to see what could be improved or appreciated about our time together.
