As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with four years of experience, I am passionate about creating a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for children. My journey into caregiving was fueled by my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my innate ability to connect with children and make a positive impact on their lives. My patient, calm, and friendly demeanor allows me to establish strong relationships with children and their families. I believe in open communication and regularly provide written daily reports and verbal updates during pickup to keep parents informed about their child's day. While I am somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, I prioritize fostering a positive and respectful atmosphere.
