As an applied behavioral analysis (ABA) it was my job to provide therapy that can improve social, communication, and learning skills through reinforcement strategies. Many experts consider ABA to be the one of the standard treatments for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental conditions. Implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on ABA principles to improve clients communication, social, and adaptive skills. Conduct behavioral assessments and collect data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions for treatment adjustments. Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of therapeutic strategies across different environments. Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on behavioral techniques and strategies to reinforce learning at home. Monitored and recorded client behaviors, tracking progress towards therapy goals & adjusting interventions as necessary.
