I am currently employed at an high school in the special needs. I assist with classwork, assist with hygiene needs, implements behavior plans designed by ones IEP. Monitor special needs students throughout the day, respond to emergency situations. Currently I am working as a Relief Counselor as awake overnight shift (AON). I observe three residents to ensure their safety while awake and asleep, transfer wheelchair student from chair to bed and bed to chair, fix breakfast and prepare their lunch for day program for residents.
