Hello Everyone, In over 17 years of family education and care, it has been through experiences working closely with individuals and families/small groups that empathy and partnership have been noticed as the most significant of virtues. It is through our relationship that we will communicate expectations of each other, areas of need, and perhaps most importantly, the strengths we can share and celebrate. With 12 years of Head Start/Early Head Start service, in the roles of Instructional Coach, Master Teacher, Site Director, and Lead Teacher 04, the previously mentioned characteristics were developed along with the teaching philosophy that will conclude the message. As a husband and father of two, I understand the need for diverse assistance within a family unit. Allow me to join the family ready with tools and strategies that have proven to achieve positive outcomes.
