Tracy watched our twin girls on a part-time basis from when they were one year old until they were about two and a half. She also helped care for my third daughter who was born when my twins were 18 months old. Tracy is considerate and took time to play with and teach my girls. She kept them on a schedule, which is important. I was always comfortable leaving my girls with Tracy. She also cleaned up after meals and left the kitchen spotless. Tracy is honest, trustworthy, caring and a good worker.
