As a creative and friendly caregiver with four years of experience, I aim to provide a supportive and stimulating environment for children to grow and learn. My passion for childcare stems from my previous babysitting roles, where I discovered the joy of nurturing young minds and making a positive impact on their lives. I believe in open communication with parents and ensure they're well-informed about their child's day through daily written reports or verbal communication at pickup. I firmly believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, as I understand the importance of consistency in a child's upbringing. My approach to childcare is holistic, and I enjoy a variety of games and activities with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for two children at a time and have experience with various age groups, including 4-5, 6-11, and 12+.
