Tracy is a kind, compassionate, and very skilled caregiver. Her primary strength is that she treats all of her clients with respect; according them the dignity and humanity that all of us deserve. She has years of experience in Social Services as an administrator, manager and direct caregiver. Even in her roles as a senior administrator in various agencies, Tracy always maintained a direct and personal connection to the client population she served.
