About Tracy

With over 18 years experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. I help families navigate the complex world of senior care by providing expert guidance, personalized solutions, and compassionate support. I will work to facilitate optimal independence and safety awareness, whether your loved ones needs help with their ADL's, strength and wellness, ambulating, etc. I like caring for seniors because it's one of my gifts. I've been caring for the elderly population since I was young, helping my great grandmother maintain her independence while at home. I'm looking for a job that allows me to utilize my skills to help the individual and their families navigate the challenges of their aging family member. In my spare time, I like to shop, watch action and love story movies, paint, and hang out with my family and church friends. My skills include ADL retraining, strengthening, fall prevention.
