About Traci

I hired Traci almost 2 years ago to be a companion for my Mother who had Dementia. She was in memory care and needed interaction plus the memory care did a horrible job taking care of her. Traci immediatey went above and beyond for my Mom. They quickly became fast friends. We ended up moving my Mom into our home to be cared for. Traci came with us. Traci became a part of the family. She worked 4 days at 12 hours per day so she was with us a lot. On the weekends, my Mom would ask everyday, ‘when is Traci back? Where is Traci? How many days until Traci comes back?’ Things ran smoothly when Traci was with Mom. Things Traci didn’t know she was open to learning. She was an advocate for my Mom always making suggestions for things that would help her and make her happy. Traci liked to be busy, so when my Mom was sleeping, Traci helped me around the house. We also became friends, the whole family knew Traci. Even the family who lived out of town. Traci is bring reliable always filling in when needed or staying late. She was very flexible with the schedule as well. Traci is friendly and gets along with everyone. Traci wasn’t working the night my Mom passed away, but I asked her to be with me. I don’t know any better way to say how much we loved and trusted her.
