I had the opportunity to hire Traci in 2013, when I was in need of childcare for my daughter. Having Traci in my daughter's life, as well as mine, was a blessing. She was amazing to my daughter. She provided her a safe but fun environment. I was able to go to work and not worry about the care that was being given. Traci went above and beyond for my daughter. She was patient, kind and understanding. My daughter is on the lower spectrum of autistic and Traci handled her disability as gentle as possible. Traci provided my daughter 3 years of a loving environment. Traci is an amazing individual as well as a caregiver. She was a positive asset to our family.
