Traci has been coming to clean our house once a week for the past two years. She cleans the floors (vacuum/sweep/mop as needed), scrubs the toilets, cleans any dishes we left out/unloads dishwasher, cleans kitchen counters, picks up the general clutter our kids leave in family & play rooms, folds & puts away the kids' laundry. We allow her access to our home whether we're there or not, but she always messages us if there's any change in plans (unable to come on regular day due to illness or unexpected conflicts, etc.).
