About Traci

Prior to attending the University of South Florida, I worked with elementary and middle-school aged students in math and reading comprehension. I helped these students with their homework, went over class lessons and notes that they may not have understood, and developed mini "quizzes" to ensure that they had mastered or better understood the material we had worked on for the day. At USF, I was a tutor for the athletics department and a student mentor. I worked alongside the students to help them not only with their studies but also work on staying organized to meet deadlines and their overall academic goals. Each student was different, so this motivated me as a tutor to find instructional ways and tools to meet their needs so they could better understand what they were learning in the classroom. I tutored students in English, Humanities, Biology, Chemistry, Reading Comprehension, Sociology, and other subjects. I am currently pursuing my doctorate in dental medicine.
