As first time parents, we were looking for someone who knew the skills necessary to effectively take good care of our 11-week old newborn. Luckily, Traci made us feel very comfortable leaving our baby for the first time for a date night. She asked all the right questions, was very kind, and it was encouraging she's raised five kids of her own.
