Tracie is AMAZING! I'm a mom of 2 littles (4 & 2) and my full time nanny was going on a 6 week vacation back home and as a full time working mom, I was stressing hard as to what I was going to do but after 1 phone call with Tracie I knew I found the one! The first time Tracie met my kids within 5 mins my son had her playing with his animal figurines. She has been with us for only a couple weeks and I feel like she's already part of our family. My kids look forward to seeing her every morning, she is kind & loving, she is great with keeping the kids entertained & busy, she is organized & a self-starter, keeps stuff clean & picked up, and handles tantrums like a PRO. It's going to be so hard for us to let her go after our 6 weeks is up but I know she is going to be amazing with whatever family is lucky enough to have her next. We love you Tracie!!!
