Tracey provided in-home care for our son from ages 3 months to 12 months. During this time she engaged with him, was patient, and very caring towards him. She would often be found reading with him or singing to help him learn. We were always very content watching the two of them together as she helped him develop. We would recommend her to other families with small children where she can provide a calming presence while being receptive to feedback. Her experience with children was a huge help as our son went through big milestones and she quickly became another member of the family.
