About Tracey

I am a Certified Case Manager, but I have always loved working with seniors and providing care as a Home Health Aid. I am an advocate for those that I care for, and I take pride in building meaningful relationships while providing services such as companionship, medication management, transportation, and personal care assistance and meal preparation . My goal is to provide compassionate assistance that makes daily life easier and brings comfort to those in need. I have never had a "bad client," and I believe that is because my clients have always felt that I genuinely cared and had respect for them.
