About Tracey

I love seniors and grew up taking care of my grandmother from my teenage years until her last days in hospice while in my 30's. During this time, I also cared intermittently for other elders in my family, and for my mother, at the conclusion of several surgeries and hospital stays. I'm very used to convincing elders to eat nutritious meals, take their extensive meds, and find bits of joy in life, even when they're having some of their toughest days.
