While attending school I worked part-time as a CNA and enjoyed the personal touch I was able to provide to each of my patients. I remember my dad smoking skinless chicken for my patients who were unable to leave their homes and I was their delivery girl on Saturdays. I enjoy the conversations we would have and all the wisdom I gained from the different elders I came in contact with. For these and other reasons I have made a decision to come back and do what I love take care of the elderly with availability from 9 to 330 p.m. Monday through Friday and on call when needed on weekends, allowing families to spend time away from the daily task of taking care of their parents and focus on their spouses and children.
