Tracee has worked for me since September of 2013 (and currently still does). She is more than capable of caring for my 2 children. I never worry about my children when they are in her care. Tracee repeatedly goes out of her way to find unique activities and experiences to keep the kids entertained. She is very in tune with their needs and knows when to venture out into the world or make a relaxing afternoon at home. She assists with homework and has always been available when there is a scheduling change. And while both children can attend after school care, we choose to have Tracee be with them. She is/has been invaluable to our family.
