Hello. My name is Toya, and I am a 34-year-old mother of 2 . I have 9 years of experience in senior care . I started in 2016 working at an agency, and then became my own personal care giver after 6 years . I'm a certified Home Health Aide and also have a CPR and Medication Administration certificate. I am dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized support to each individual. I provide care for daily tasks such as meal prep, bathing, eating, grooming, exercise, monitoring vital signs, safe transfers, medication administration, fall prevention strategies, wound care , companionship, daily documentation, and communication with families. I also provide housekeeping and outing support if needed . I am reliable, patient, and organized. I customize my care plan for each individual to provide them comfort and the best care possible .
