About Torrey

Hello, my name is Torrey! I was born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD where I nannied for a family of 3 children (2 girls, 1 boy) + two dogs for most of my high school career. Along with this, I babysat several families starting at age 10. I graduated UNMC in Lincoln, NE with my RN, BSN degree, and I am a certified NICU nurse; therefore I am CPR certified and feel extremely comfortable caring for infants and young children. I am a travel nurse in CA and currently in between contracts with a lot of free time. Growing up, I held jobs as a lifeguard at a country club as well as a city pool. A passion of mine is to cook and clean/organize; it is therapeutic to me. I would be very comfortable performing these tasks for you and would love to help! I would describe myself as active, outdoorsy, and I enjoy performing fun crafts and activities, therefore I would keep your child actively engaged in activities and learning while doing so.
