About Torrance

I'd describe my personality as optimistic, adaptable, and reliant. I like working with kids because I believe kids are like sponges. I've always made it a habit to pour into kids the way I wish someone did for me. Regardless of the age, children see you for who you are. As each generation evolves I want to be apart of the community that helps them be creative and genuinely love themselves. I'm looking for a job that is flexible yet consistent. I started working with kids when my close family would allow me to watch their children for years, but they didn't start paying me until 16. I've been babysitting on and off since then. In my spare time, I like to write, watch movies/tv series, or look up different ways to invest and grow businesses. One thing you should know about me is that I am observant, therefore I watch and accommodate for each child in my care. My skills include multitasking, subtle deescalation, and building solid communication.
