About Tori

For the past 3 years I have worked with a woman who has dementia in her 70s. I started working with her through her sister in law from my church. I have generally been spending time with her for 2-3 days a week for about 3-5 hours at a time. We do puzzles, color, cook/bake, go run errands, go to parks, etc. I also do light housekeeping for her as she has become very immobile as well as assisting her when standing and sitting. I also help another woman in her 50s who has cancer and needs help around her house with various projects since she has become very physically weak. In addition, I have spent a lot of time helping my own mother in her 50s who was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer last year. I love to be of service to those who are weak or sick or old or all of the above! I think it is beneficial to them and also to myself.
