About Tori

I would describe my personality as fun, amiable, and kind, however I do like to hold good a good boundary through positive discipline. Currently work at a daycare that does infant through prek and I enjoy all age groups. When caring for children my priorities are physical safety and emotional well being. I believe caregivers should engage with the charges in their care the whole time they are present, there are so many distractions with phone these days. I think children thrive with predictable schedules and care so you just tell me what you do and I'll follow to the best of my ability. I'm looking for a family (or two) that I can help through the throws and challenges of early childhood as we learn together how be the best caregivers possible for your little ones. My promise to you and your children is to continually learn and improve my the care I give based of what each child needs to be the best version of themselves. My schedule is flexible. I'm ready to start immediately!
