Hello! My name is Tonya and I was born and raised here in Boise. I began babysitting in middle school which transitioned into nanny positions during the summers and throughout high school. I continued to nanny full time while achieving my undergraduate degree. I went on to get my doctorate in Chicago. Following graduation I returned to Idaho where I chose to re-enter the childcare field. I have nearly 15 years of experience caring for infants, toddlers, and young children. I have nannied for many newborns, the youngest being 3 days old. I am First Aid and CPR certified, up-to-date on all immunizations (including influenza, Tdap, Covid-19 and its applicable boosters), and was trained and received a certification in poison prevention. I would highly recommend Tonya for a Nanny or Babysitting job. She started working with us when our son was 6 weeks old up until he was scheduled to start daycare. She was responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and incredibly sweet and caring with our son. Your family will be in great hands with Tonya.
