Tonja has been a blessing for my wife and I. She's always looking for ways to make our space better/cleaner from window cleaning to wiping every surface to washing floors. We have a very busy household and didn't have a lot of time to give detailed cleaning instructions so Tonja just dove in to figure it out. And she's been very receptive to feedback to tweak processes week over week.
