I would highly recommend Todd for any position you have available requiring a professional skilled in assisting youth with mental health or learning challenges. Todd was a frequent substitute teacher and education assistant and treatment sites. He was very effective in forming relationships with both students and fellow professionals. He teamed well with teachers to address needs and supports for students with IEPs and also with general education students. The mental health of all students was clearly defined as a barrier to student academic and social/emotional success. Todd immediately grasped the challenges in this often highly charged and stressful environment, and was consistently calm and supportive. He was one of the substitutes I came to rely on to be a consistent and confident team player that supported all students in grades 1 through 12.
