I have known Ms. Titilayo for the six weeks (50 hours theory, 100 hours clinical) that she has taken the Nursing Assistant training program which I teach. As her instructor, I had an opportunity to directly observe her participation and interaction both in class and at the clinical site and to evaluate her knowledge of the subject matter as well as her nursing skills performance. Ms. Titilayo is an independent, self-directed and focused not only with tasks at hand but with her goals as well.
