Hi I am an RN with 20yrs of experience I'd describe my personality as an ARCH-Accountable, Responsible/Respectful, Caring and Holistic I like caring for seniors because my grandparents help my parents raise me which gave me a sense of appreciation for elders individuals and great respect of how important elders people are. Elders have an amazing influence on the future and should always be honored. I'm looking for a job that is based on a village. We all work together to provide the best care. I started caring for seniors when 20yrs ago. I was an EMT who transitioned into an ICU nurse I love caring for patients and providing an holistic care approach. In my spare time, I like to exercise, go to the track, site seeing and help in coaching a cheerleader team One thing you should know about me is I have a compassion for elderly people and being a nurse is my calling My skills include educating/teaching, listening and developing an individual care plan for my patients
