Living on Treasure Island has reminded me of the importance of community, especially during challenging times. I began caring for seniors in 2005 while running a house cleaning business, finding joy in meaningful conversations and acts of kindness. This inspired me to take a "Caring for the Caregivers" class in 2006 and complete a 2011 immersion with the Institute for Conscious Dying, deepening my understanding of life satisfaction and end-of-life care. With 16+ years of experience as an Integrative Medical Massage Therapist, certified yoga teacher, and now Positive Intelligence Coach, I bring a holistic, compassionate approach to caregiving.
