Hello, my name is Tina, I am a career nanny seeking a long term family. I have been a nanny for almost 20 yrs. I have many years experience taking care of newborns/infants and toddlers way before I decided to make it my every day passion. I am a Houston native, and live in the Oakforest/Garden Oaks neighborhood. I love to put some fun into teaching your child anything and everything! I believe in engaging children in outside play, when the weather cooperates, adventures to the park, for a walk to see some beautiful nature. My rates are $650/wk, 40/45 hrs (to be paid when I leave Friday). I am current on all vaccines. References available upon interview. Tina worked as a nanny for our twins for one year and we had a wonderful experience with her! We found her on this site. It was so scary trying to hire someone to take care of your babies! Tina was great through the hiring process and helped us feel comfortable going back to work. We choose to put our twins on a schedule early on and Tina always helped support that. We also kept journals for each twin tracking feeds and bowel movements (it's so hard to remember who did what with two of them!). She was great with writing everything down! I knew I could always trust her to read to them and do age appropriate play. As an employee she was reliable and communicative. She worked for us during COVID and was also respectful of our efforts to limit exposure since our twins were born premature. Her time with us as a nanny only came to an end early because I chose to start staying home full time with my kids. Since then we've used her for babysitting many times and she remains a family friend! I encourage anyone considering a nanny to give Tina a call! - Jennifer
