About Tina

I have over 25 years experience being a daycare provider, I have cared for children six weeks until school age. Being a daycare provider was the best, I love children and taking care of kids is the most rewarding thing I have ever done. It was not an easy decision for me to close my daycare business but I wanted to care for my elderly mom who suffered from dementia. We moved to Texas with her and she loved the warm weather, sadly she passed away. After she passed I spent time with my family and eventually started nannying. I had 2 families that I care for 1 family had 2 kids that I cared for during the week and the other family had 3 children that I cared for on Saturdays. I moved back to Minnesota last March of 2024 to accept a job working as a child care nutritionist, where I go into daycare providers homes that are apart of the food program to make sure they are following the programs rules. I would love to find a family to care for there child/children

Our children, J. and E., went to Tina's daycare for 5+ years. J. started going to Tina's when he was 10 months old and E. started when she was 4 months old. Tina is a compassionate, loving and extremely knowledgeable provider. When we walked into her door, we were always greeted with a smile by Tina and when my husband or I went to pick up the children from her home, we were always greeted with smiles by our children. As the children were in their toddlers years, I leaned on Tina for much advice and guidance and she was always there with open ears. Tina played a huge part in raising our children and making them who they are today. Everything from potty training, transitioning from bottle to sippy cup, to teaching ABC's, to teaching the children to use your words and not your hands. My children are now in school and we don't go to Tina's daycare anymore, but I have such a friendship with Tina that formed over the years. That friendship is there today between her and I. If you are lucky enough to go to Tina's daycare, you will become part of her family. You will feel the heartwarming love that my children were embraced with by Tina. She made me feel that everyday my children were the only children in her home. Tina is an exceptional provider and she is amazing at her job.
