I know Tim through our work together in a residential mental health care setting for children with psychiatric, behavioral and learning disorders, and in the past few years have gotten to know him personally as well. I would recommend Tim without reservation. He is caring and responsible, and at work he is consistently a favorite of the children with whom we work. Tim strikes the perfect balance of maintaining consistency and setting clear limits with being spontaneous, engaging and fun! He also has a ton of experience with children who are really struggling we work with children who are unable to stay safe, who have been victims of abuse, some of whom are on the Autism Spectrum or have other learning disorders. I have seen Tim connect with the kids who no one else can get through to and maintain those relationships as a positive role model, teaching coping skills and helping stabilize children who are really at risk.
