Tiffany is just what who I've been searching for in a caregiver. As her bio reads, she is an occupational therapist, & because my daughter is autistic, I believed they would pair well together. She knows exactly where & how to apply her expertise, & even informs me of tips & tricks for me to implement on my own with my daughter. My daughter warmed up to Tiffany immediately, & Tiffany handled meltdowns, down time, chow time, & even sleep time spectacularly. She is an effective communicator, & she kept me informed for the entirety of the shift. She was even kind enough to send pictures & videos to me! She is so patient, & she really does strive to understand what bond works best for a child. I will be hiring her again, thank you, Tiffany!
