About Tiffany

Hello Everyone! My name is Tiffany and I am currently a State Tested Nursing Assistant or STNA. I have over 20+ years in the healthcare field, ranging from home care to Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities. I started as a home care aide caring for my family member to working as a STNA traveling to various nursing facilities within Ohio assisting with their per diem needs. Not only do I have experiences working with Dementia/Memory care individuals, but I also have expertise in caring for individuals with behaviors, MRDD, DODD and the growing aging population. I am trained and knowledgeable in CPR/First Aid, ADLs assistance, bathing/grooming, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, communication/confidentiality, meal preparation including purée, mechanical soft and regular diet consumption.
